Can I change email or person?
Yes but we need to know the reason and you need to contact us.
Is my information private?
Yes we never share your information and the translators never know who you are.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes just contact Pay Pal
Do you issue you refund?
No when you bought a subscription we do not offer a refund since it is a electronic merchandise and service.
How long time does the translation take?
Not more then 24 hours and in most cases in a few min. But sometimes we need to check so the translation is 100 % correct manually.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes we use Pay Pal as a payment provider and they accept most credit cards.
Can I pay with wire transfer or western union?
Yes in special cases we allow this, please contact us for more information.
How long can the letter be?
We do not have a limit but you can only submit things you written yourself and that is direct to this person.
Can my girlfriend or boyfriend answer with the same service?
Yes he or she can answer in Thai and use the same subscription, for $20 we will instruct her how to use the service.
Can I really send unlimited emails? Can you translate me chatting in IM?
No we do not translate unlimited emails; our price is based on a normal email conversation between two people. If some one keeps sending 100 emails per day that is not normal and they will not be translated. Also if you keep sending emails like “hi” “love” or just abusing the system.
If you want to send fast instant messages I suggest you use the service of SMS Thailand.
